In the title compound, C(10)H(10)ClN(5), the tetrazole ring and the phenyl ring make a dihedral angle of 7.7 (2)°. The hexahydropyrimidine ring adopts a screw-boat conformation. In the crystal, intermolecular bifurcated N—H⋯(N,N) hydrogen bonds link the molecules into [001] chains.
