N-(2,6-Dichlorophenyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide

In the title compound, C(13)H(11)Cl(2)NO(2)S, the molecule is bent at the S atom with a C—SO(2)—NH—C torsion angle of −90.4 (2)°. The sulfonyl benzene and the aniline benzene rings are tilted relative to each other by 51.7 (1)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N— H⋯O interactions into cha...

Sumario:In the title compound, C(13)H(11)Cl(2)NO(2)S, the molecule is bent at the S atom with a C—SO(2)—NH—C torsion angle of −90.4 (2)°. The sulfonyl benzene and the aniline benzene rings are tilted relative to each other by 51.7 (1)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N— H⋯O interactions into chains with graph-set notation C(4) along [100].
