The oxazole ring in the title compound, C(20)H(23)NO(3), adopts an envelope conformation while the 12-membered ring is in a chair conformation. The dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 37.8 (1)°. The crystal structure displays intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonding.
