In the cation, the Ni(2+) ion is coordinated by six N atoms from three ethyl­enediamine ligands in a distorted octa­hedral geometry. The complex ions and water mol­ecules are linked by weak N—H⋯N/O and O—H⋯N/O hydrogen bonds into a three-demensional structure.
