Sumario:Isolated gastric Crohn's disease is unusual and a rare cause of pyloric outlet obstruction. If medical therapy is ineffective, patients may require surgery to relieve gastric outlet obstruction. Herein we describe a patient with isolated gastric Crohn's disease with pyloric outlet obstruction who was steroid-dependent and had a relapse despite receiving biologic and immunomodulatory therapy, but ultimately responded to topical treatment with inhaled corticosteroids.
