Sumario:Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) can commonly present as chylothorax and rarely as chylopericardium. Here we are presenting a case of a 21-years-old female with bilateral chylothorax, chylopericardium and chylous ascites all together finally diagnosed to have NHL as the etiology. To the best of our knowledge, it has been reported very infrequently.
