The Sn atom lies on a center of symmetry and is six-coordinated. It has a distorted octahedral SnC(2)Cl(4) environment with the Cl atoms in cis positions. The Cl atoms are connected to dimethylammonium cations through N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite chain extending parallel to [010]. |
