In the title compound, C(15)H(17)N(3)OS(3)·H(2)O, the piperidine ring has a chair conformation. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak intermolecular N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen-bonding interactions.
