Simultaneous bilateral laparoscopic nephrectomies in postrenal transplant patients have been previously described, but these typically require multiple port placements in addition to a hand port. Herein, we describe simultaneous bilateral single-port laparoscopic radical nephrectomies in a postrenal transplant patient.
