In the title compound, C(17)H(14)N(2)O(4), the seven-membered ring adopts a boat conformation, and the two benzene rings make a dihedral angle of 45.22 (5)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
