description Vein of Galen Aneurysm malformation is one of the most difficult intracranial vascular lesions to manage. At present, the therapeutic options are widened by the opening of a new horizon in Intervention Neuroradiology. We present a series of two case reports of these malformations treated using the endovascular method, at our institution.
