description We report on an 81-year-old man who presented with left limbs weakness and was brought to the emergency room where a brain computed tomography revealed a tumor at the right parasellar region. The patient was admitted to the neurosurgery department, and the symptoms were thought to be due to the tumor mass effect. The final diagnosis turned out to be acute ischemic infarction with an incidentally found brain tumor following angiography and magnetic resonance imaging.
