Treatment of Steroid and Cyclosporine-Resistant Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome in Children

Steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) in children carries a significant risk of progression to end-stage renal failure (ESRF). We report a two-step protocol adapted in children with SRNS.
