Determination of 1,7,7-Trimethyl-bicyclo(2,2,1)heptan-2-one in a Cream Pharmaceutical Formulation by Reversed-phase Liquid Chromatography

A reversed-phase liquid chromatographic method for the determination of 1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo(2,2,1)heptan-2-one in a cream formulation is developed and validated. The separation was achieved using an isocratic mobile phase, on a Lichrosorb C8 column. The calibration curve is linear (r(2)= 0.9999)...
