In the title compound, C(15)H(13)N(3)O(4), the two substituted benzene rings form a dihedral angle of 10.9 (3)°. In the crystal, intermolecular C—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link molecules into chains running parallel to [101].
