In the title compound, C(18)H(23)NO(4)S, the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 29.14 (7)°. The S atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry [106.15 (9)–119.54 (10)°]. The crystal structure exhibits weak C—H⋯O and π–π interactions.
