However, pulmonary toxicity is rarely reported to be associated with the FOLFOX regimen. Moreover, there is no established guideline for the management of this side effect. Here, along with a literature review, we report two cases of rapidly developing pulmonary fibrosis related to the use of the FOLFOX regimen in patients with colorectal carcinomas.
