Sumario:In the title compound, [Fe(C(12)H(8)N(3)O(2))(2)][Fe(C(12)H(8)N(3)O(2))(CN)(3)]·H(2)O, the Fe(3+) ions in the cation and anion each lie in a slightly distorted octa­hedral coordination environment. The solvent water mol­ecule is disordered over three positions with occupancies of 0.401 (7), 0.322 (7) and 0.277 (6). The water content was confirmed by thermogravimetric data.
