In the title compound, C(16)H(12)Cl(2)O(4), the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 70.11 (6)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network. A C—H⋯π interaction is also observed.
