The Detection of Alkaline Phosphatase Using an Electrochemical Biosensor in a Single-Step Approach
A one-step, single use, disposable Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) biosensor has been developed. It is based on the detection of phenol produced by an ALP enzymatic reaction.
