Shiga-toxigenic Escherichia coli O157 in Agricultural Fair Livestock, United States

Agricultural fairs exhibiting livestock are increasingly implicated in human Shiga-toxigenic Escherichia coli O157:H7 (STEC O157:H7) outbreaks.
