Sumario:Parinamashoola is a very common clinical problem in our day to day practice. Its clinical picture is very much similar to non ulcer dyspepsia and peptic ulcer disease. Dhatrilauha is herbomineral compound drug. Which is being used in Ayurveda for same. The present study was planned to assess the efficacy of Dhatrilauha on scientific parameters in this study total number of cases were taken into account and divided in to trial and control group in control group a modern proved drug ranitidine is taken to compare the results this study produced very promising results of trial drug.
