ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF ESSENTIAL OIL OF LEONOTIS NEPETAEFOLIA

The essential oil of Leonotis nepetaefolia (Family – Labiatae) was tested for its antibacterial activity against both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and found to be moderately active excepting Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
