The Cu(OH(2))(3)O(4) cluster displays a penta­gonal bipyrimadal geometry with two weak coordinations [Cu—O(furan) = 2.790 (2) Å) and Cu—O(carboxyl­ate) = 2.684 (2) Å] and two water mol­ecules located in axial positions.
