In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(8)H(4)F(3)N(3)O(2)·H(2)O, the main molecule and the water molecule are linked by an N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. O—H⋯N, O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds further link the molecules into sheets.
