Maintenance electroconvulsive therapy for comorbid pharmacotherapy-refractory obsessive-compulsive and schizoaffective disorder

OBJECTIVE: There is a high comorbidity of schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsory disorder (OCD) associated with more severe symptoms.
