description We present a case of complete renal duplex with H-shaped double ureter opening into the bladder with 2 separate orifices. Noncontrast CT revealed stone midthird right ureter with duplex right kidney. Retrograde ureteropyelography and ureteroscopy revealed this rare anomaly.
