Sumario:Computed tomography colonography (CT colonography) is one of the latest radiological methods of colorectal diagnostic imaging. Many studies confirmed a high efficacy of CT colonography in diagnosing colorectal polyps and tumors. However, this imaging method is not devoid of false diagnoses. Our paper presented the main causes of false results, causes of heterogeneity of the results among centres, as well as ways of avoiding them.
