The Ho(III) atom is coordinated by seven O atoms from INAIP ligands and a water mol­ecule in a distorted square-anti­prismatic geometry, while the Ag(I) atom has a distorted trigonal-planar AgN(2)O geometry. Inter­molecular O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure.
