In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(9)H(8)Cl(2)N(2)OS, there are two molecules in the asymmetric unit which are connected by a pair of N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds. An intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond stabilizes the molecular conformation of each molecule.
