Severe Hemolytic Anemia Associated with Mild Pneumonia Caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia
We report a case of M. pneumoniae infection presenting with severe hemolytic anemia in a 4-year-old girl, with a ten-day history of paleness, weakness, and nonproductive cough.
