Functional and Structural Characterization of a Eurytolerant Calsequestrin from the Intertidal Teleost Fundulus heteroclitus

Calsequestrins (CSQ) are high capacity, medium affinity, calcium-binding proteins present in the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) of cardiac and skeletal muscles.
