Sumario:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated malignancy that is highly prevalent in Southern China and South-East Asia. EBV-targeted immunotherapy remains a goal in the development of novel treatment strategies. A novel adenoviral polyepitope-based immunotherapy has been developed to rapidly generate high frequency EBV-specific T cells to treat patients with refractory or metastatic disease.
