Spontaneous perforation of jejunal gastrintestinal stromal tumour (gist). Case report and review of literature
GIST is the commonest mesenchymal tumour of the gastrointestinal tract. Jejunal GIST is rare and spontaneous perforation of asymptomatic jejunal GIST is unique.
