The dihedral angle between the two phenyl groups in the title compound, C(16)H(15)ClN(2)OS, is 14.88 (4)°. An intra­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs. In the crystal, pairs of N—H⋯S hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules into centrosymmetric dimers.
