We present the case of a 75 year old man who underwent an incision biopsy to diagnose the soft tissue tumour and suffered from surgically uncontrollable haemorrhage. The case report demonstrates the value of interventional radiology for acute bleeding and radiotherapy for more chronic tumour bleeding. |
