Complete removal of the tumour was accomplished successfully. Appropriate immunohistochimical stains were performed, confirming the presence of a well-differentiated liposarcoma of the mediastinum. We describe an unusual case of a large asymptomatic primary liposarcoma of the mediastinum. |
