Sumario:Mycosis fungoides (MF) a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, is a subgroup of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, characterized by skin infiltration and occasionally systemic involvement. MF coincidence with pregnancy is rare. The effect of pregnancy on MF and the effect of this disease on pregnancy are still unknown. There are few case reports about pregnancy and its deleterious effect on the clinical course of MF. This case report is about a 30-years-old female with MF who became pregnant and after delivery developed CD30+ large cell transformation; this is the first report of large cell transformation of MF related to pregnancy.
