Sumario:Extramammary Paget's disease is uncommon. Diagnosis has to be confirmed by histopathology. Treatment is a challenge in cases with extended tumors. We present a 70-year-old male patient with extensive genitoanal Paget's disease. Mohs surgery is the gold standard in such cases. Details of the surgical planning are discussed including wound bed preparation. Radiotherapy may be an alternative.
