Renal Cell Carcinoma with Intraluminal Spread of the Entire Upper Urinary Tract

We describe an unusual case of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) involving the entire upper urinary tract. A 51-year-old female was referred to us because of macroscopic hematuria.
