Low Vitamin D Concentration Is Not Associated with Increased Mortality and Morbidity after Cardiac Surgery

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of vitamin D on postoperative outcomes in cardiac surgical patients. DESIGN: Retrospective study. SETTING: Single institution-teaching hospital.
