In the title compound, [Sn(C(6)H(5))(3)(C(2)H(3)OS(2))], the Sn(IV) atom adopts a distorted SnC(3)S tetrahedral coordination geometry. A short Sn⋯O contact [2.988 (4) Å] is also present.
