Atypical Presentation of a Pigmented Oncocytoma of the Caruncle: A Case Report

We report an unusual case of a pigmented oncocytoma of the caruncle. The lesion presented the following atypical features: a well-circumscribed, partially pigmented, and lobulated mass that macroscopically resembled a caruncular nevus.
