Sumario:Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome presents with a variety of neurologic features, which, although devastating at some point, are potentially reversible on prompt recognition and institution of appropriated treatment. We report the management of three cases occurring in the last 4 years in our tertiary university hospital.
