Cloning and Characterization of EF-Tu and EF-Ts from Pseudomonas aeruginosa
We have cloned genes encoding elongation factors EF-Tu and EF-Ts from Pseudomonas aeruginosa and expressed and purified the proteins to greater than 95% homogeneity.
