In vitro isolation and molecular characterization of an Ehrlichia canis strain from São Paulo, Brazil

An Ehrlichia canis isolate was obtained from an naturally infected dog exhibiting clinical signs of ehrlichiosis in São Paulo Municipality, state of São Paulo, Brazil.
