Scrotal Abscess as Initial Presentation of Squamous Cell Carcinoma

We report a case of scrotal squamous cell carcinoma in a 67-year-old man that presented as a recurrent nonhealing scrotal abscess. Radical scrotectomy and bilateral simple orchiectomy were performed.
