Paroxysmal Nonkinesigenic Dyskinesia with Tremor
Introduction. Paroxysmal nonkinesigenic dyskinesia (PNKD) consists of episodes of chorea, athetosis, or dystonia which are not triggered by movement, with complete remission between episodes.
