Intracranial bleeding following induction of anesthesia in a patient undergoing elective surgery for refractory epilepsy

BACKGROUND: A patient with refractory epilepsy due to underlying mesial temporal sclerosis underwent general anesthesia for an elective anterior temporal lobectomy and amgydalo-hippocampectomy.
