One-stage laparoscopic surgery for inspissated bile syndrome: case report and review of surgical techniques

Inspissated bile syndrome in a 6 week old boy was unresponsive to oral ursodesoxycholic acid. Intraoperative cholangiography revealed complete obstruction of the common bile duct.
